It always has had a protective case and plastic protectors for the screen, so it is in pretty good condition, no scratches, dents or dead pixels.
It comes with the original box, and a hard case, also loads of plastic protectors for the screen, mostly transparent, but a couple are mirror protectors.
it comes with charger and USB cable, the USB cable is working but a bit fragile but they are very cheap to buy

The iPhone is unlocked to any networks and it has been restored to original settings.
